We are a 52 space all-age mobile home park located on over four acres in Carson City.  From the park it's a quick walk to Safeway, Long's Drugs, numerous restaurants, banks and other amenities.

Space Rentals & Park Approval

All future residents, whether buying a home from us, from another seller or moving their home into the park, must be park approved before closing on a home purchase or moving into the park.
